  0. How (that is, by whom) did you join Red Bean, and approximately
when? Who in Red Bean knows you in real life, so we could ask
them if you suddenly appear to disappear?

Jim Blandy made me an account so that I could use the Guile CVS repo
that he was hosting on totoro.red-bean.com. That could have been at
the end of 1996, or mayby sometime later. I don't think somebody
knows me in real life over there.

I would like to retain my account on totoro.red-bean.com, even if I
don't really need it, if that is not too inconvenient to you. I think
there are still some Guile related things happening on totoro.

  1. Do you use Red Bean as your primary email address and/or primary
Web server (i.e., is your home page here)?

No.

  2. Do you know anything about Unix system administration?
Programming? Tell everything about you and computers... :-)

Yes, more about programming than about administration.

  3. Anything else about yourself you'd like made known? Put it here,
     anything goes.

I find the business model of red-bean quite interesting. It took me a
while before I figured it out. It's very important for me to have a
reliable net presence, too, but I think i have found one with my
current provider, Ping e.V.

  4. Optional information: what's your snail address and phone, in
case something goes down and we need to reach you that way?
(This information will not be published on the Web unless you
     specifically grant permission.)

[not public]

  5. Do you play bagpipes?

:-) I tried to play the sax, but couldn't quite hack it.
